Just a quick note to say DAMN, that was a good dinner last night! This recipe earned a spot of honor in the blue binder where I keep only tried-and-true favorites. (Note to self: I should tell you about that binder sometime.) This one is quick, delicious, and has just a few ingredients. I will make this again as a weeknight dinner for sure, but you could totally serve it to company as well.

In case you’re wondering, that’s white rice on the side as well as fresh green beans with bacon and onion.
The chicken marsala recipe came from All Recipes, and you can find it on their web site right here: Chicken Marsala. A few notes on my version… The recipe calls for both marsala and sherry. I didn’t have sherry – just a bottle of the cooking marsala that they sell in the store near all the vinegars. So I used 3/4 cup of sherry and added a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce to give it a bit more complex flavor.
