Life & love at midlife, DIY, beauty reviews for the collagen-challenged, biking, cooking, wellness, and positive living.

I biked a lot as a kid, and after my divorce in 2014 I hopped back into the saddle and never looked back.  Biking is not only a great form of exercise, but it’s a great adventure – you can catch beautiful views and have once-in-a-lifetime experience on the seat of a bicycle.  You do not have to have a fancy bike, and you definitely do NOT need to wear Lycra.  Biking is good for the heart and soul.
